Because SimSMS holds no email address, name or identity for you, the fastest and most private way to reach us is through the tools built into the site. Most questions are answered in seconds by the assistant, and order, balance and refund issues are visible directly in your dashboard.
In-app assistant
Open the chat bubble in the bottom corner of any page. It answers questions about pricing, countries, services, payments and orders, around the clock and in your language.

Sign in to review your orders, deposits and automatic refunds. The dashboard is the source of truth for anything tied to a specific number or payment. Go to dashboard.
Why there is no email address
It is deliberate. A public support inbox would mean collecting and storing messages — and often personal details — about people who chose SimSMS precisely to avoid leaving that trail. Keeping every interaction inside the authenticated panel and the assistant lets us help you without building a database of who contacted us about what. It is the same privacy principle that drives no-KYC, no-email signup and crypto-only payment.

Policies
Before contacting us, the answer may already be in our 利用規約, 返金ポリシー or プライバシーポリシー — refunds for undelivered codes, for example, are issued automatically with no request needed.
